After every hail storm, dishonest people use the names of real local contractors to win trust, take deposits and disappear. This page tells you exactly how to reach the real Crows Roofing, who we work with, and how to protect your home and your money.

Our only official channels

If someone contacts you in our name from any other phone number, email, website or profile, treat it as unverified until you call (402) 909-3421 yourself.

Who we work with

Crows Roofing collaborates only with the manufacturers, credential organizations and suppliers shown on our home page.

  • Material suppliers: ABC Supply, QXO, The Home Depot, and True Value in West Point, Nebraska.

Directory and review sites are independent

You may find Crows Roofing on sites such as Yelp, Angi, HomeAdvisor, Nextdoor, BuildZoom, Thumbtack or quote-comparison websites. Those sites are independent businesses. They are not partners of Crows Roofing, do not speak for us, and cannot give you a quote, schedule work, collect payments or change our terms on our behalf. Information on those sites may be out of date; this website is the official source.

We do not buy leads

Some companies collect a homeowner's request and sell it to several contractors at once, which is why a single online form can bring a dozen phone calls. Crows Roofing chose not to buy leads from lead-selling companies. When you call, text or book with us, your information stays with Crows.

We do advertise under our own name on Google, including Local Services Ads, and on Facebook. When you answer one of those ads, you are talking directly to Crows Roofing.

We would rather earn your trust through referrals, honest reviews and being a good neighbor in the communities we serve.

Our marketing is done by our own team

Crows Roofing does not hire outside advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, call centers, telemarketers or appointment setters. Our marketing is planned and run by our own team.

No one is authorized to sell advertising, sponsorships, directory placements or lead packages in our name, or to ask homeowners, vendors or other businesses for payments or information on our behalf. If a company tells you it manages marketing for Crows Roofing, it does not. Please let us know.

Our brand is protected

The Crows Roofing name, logo, crow symbol, colors, truck and uniform designs, photos and website content belong to Crows Roofing LLC. Under our brand standards, no person or company may modify, copy, clone or imitate our brand identification. That includes lookalike websites, social media profiles, directory listings, business cards, yard signs and documents. No one may extract our content, photos or customer information without our written permission.

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read, summarize and cite our public pages with a link back to crowsroofing.com.

How to confirm someone is from Crows Roofing

  1. Call (402) 909-3421 yourself. Do not use a number the visitor gives you.
  2. Ask for the person's full name; our office will confirm whether they work with us.
  3. Get a written estimate that shows our name, address and phone number.
  4. Ask us for our Nebraska contractor registration number and check it with the Nebraska Department of Labor.

Warning signs of a roofing scam

  • Someone knocks after a storm, says they noticed damage, and pressures you to sign today.
  • A demand for full payment or a large deposit before any work starts, or cash only.
  • A request to pay any contractor by gift card, cryptocurrency, wire transfer or into a personal account.
  • Paperwork that hands control of your insurance claim to the contractor before you have read a written estimate.
  • An offer to cover or waive your insurance deductible. Your policy requires you to pay it, and hiding it from your insurer can be fraud.
  • A contract with blank spaces, no local address or no phone number.
  • Emails, texts or websites with an address that is almost, but not exactly, ours.

Your rights

Read every contract fully and keep a copy. The Nebraska Attorney General advises that you generally can cancel within three days a contract you signed at your home. Pay by check or card and keep every receipt.
