When you visit our website, we and our service providers collect standard technical information: pages viewed, the site that referred you, approximate location based on IP address, device and browser type, and the date and time of your visit. Information from other sources

If you contact us through an ad or profile we run under our own name, such as Google Local Services Ads, our Google Business Profile or Facebook, that platform shares with us the details you submitted. We may also see public reviews you leave about us.

• To answer you, schedule and confirm inspections, and send reminders.
• To prepare estimates, perform the work and provide warranty service.
• To prepare construction documentation and communicate with your insurance company or adjuster when you ask us to.
• To improve our website, services and our own advertising.
• To keep records required by law and to protect against fraud and misuse of our name.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or give your request to other contractors or lead-selling companies.

We share information only:

• With service providers that help us run the business, under their own confidentiality and security terms: website hosting (Replit), email, calendar and analytics (Google), advertising measurement (Meta, when enabled), and our phone and text messaging providers.
• With manufacturers or suppliers when needed to order materials or register a warranty for your project.
• With your insurance company or adjuster, only when you ask us to.
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
• With a successor company if Crows Roofing is ever sold or merged.

Text messages and calls

When you give us your phone number, you agree that Crows Roofing may call or text you about your request, appointment and project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Your choices

• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and of emails by asking us.
• Limit cookies through your browser settings; you can also install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing crowsroofing402@gmail.com or calling (402) 909-3421. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as contracts and warranty records.

How long we keep information

We keep project and warranty records for as long as the warranty and the law require. We keep inquiries that did not become projects only as long as needed to follow up and for our business records.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including limited access and secure providers. No website or transmission is completely secure, so please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, military IDs or other sensitive documents through our website, chat or text.

Children

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Our website links to manufacturers, suppliers and other sites. Their privacy practices are their own.
