Is my roof eligible for a UNIGUARD warranty?
Warranty eligibility is not automatic. The substrate must be inspected; surfaces must be clean, dry, and structurally sound. Wet insulation and damaged decking must be replaced before coating. The manufacturer reviews the specified materials, installation, and program requirements before approving a warranty.
Does silicone coating stop all leaks automatically?
No product guarantees leak stopping without proper preparation. A thorough inspection determines substrate and system compatibility before any coating is applied. The warranty covers the coating application as issued, not the pre-existing roof.
Can it be applied to any roof type?
Silicone coatings can be applied to many commercial surfaces, but suitability must be verified. We will inspect your TPO, EPDM, metal, or built-up roof to determine if it is a candidate for restoration.
