The articles, guides, storm reports and cost information on this site are general information about roofing, siding and gutters in Nebraska. They are not a professional inspection of your property, and they are not insurance or legal advice. Every roof is different; only an inspection can tell you what yours needs.

Estimates, appointments and contracts

• A price is binding only when it appears in a written estimate or contract from Crows Roofing.
• An appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it by phone, text or email.
• Any work we perform is governed by the signed contract for that project. If the contract and these terms differ, the contract controls.
• We may decline or reschedule work, for example for weather, safety or availability.

Military discount

The 10% military roofing discount applies to eligible active-duty service members and U.S. veterans who own the home, on qualifying projects. Eligibility and scope are confirmed by Crows Roofing before work begins. The discount is not cash, is not retroactive and cannot be combined with other offers unless we approve it in writing. Never upload military IDs or documents through the website.

Calls, texts and chat

By giving us your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Our website chat answers common questions and collects your contact details so our team can follow up. It does not give final prices or decide insurance coverage, and a member of our team confirms every appointment and estimate.

Brand and content use policy

The Crows Roofing name, logo, crow symbol, colors, truck and uniform designs, photos, videos, text, page designs and website code are owned by Crows Roofing LLC or used with permission. Under our brand standards, without our prior written permission you may not:

1. Modify, copy, clone or imitate the Crows Roofing brand identification, including creating lookalike websites, domain names, social media profiles, directory listings, ads, business cards, yard signs, uniforms, vehicle graphics or documents.
2. Use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are Crows Roofing, work for us or are our partner.
3. Copy, republish or sell our photos, videos, articles or page designs.
4. Scrape, harvest or extract content, prices, photos, customer information or reviews from this website in bulk, by automated tools or otherwise, to build lists, competing sites, lead-selling products or look-alike businesses.
5. Contact homeowners, vendors or businesses claiming to represent Crows Roofing, or sell advertising, listings or leads in our name.
6. Interfere with the website, its forms or its booking system, or submit false requests.

What is welcome: search engines and AI assistants such as Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity may crawl, index, summarize and cite our public pages with a link to crowsroofing.com. Anyone may link to our pages, share them with friends and quote short passages with credit to Crows Roofing.

Photos of our work

We may show photos of completed projects on our website and social media. We do not publish a customer's full name or street address without permission. If you would like a photo of your property removed, contact us and we will remove it.

Other websites and directories

Our site links to manufacturers, suppliers and other sites we do not control. Directory and review sites that list Crows Roofing are independent; they are not our agents and cannot make commitments for us. See our Official Notice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, Crows Roofing is not liable for losses that come from using or relying on the website itself. This does not limit any warranty or obligation in a signed project contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Douglas County, Nebraska.

Reservation of rights

Crows Roofing reserves all rights not expressly granted here. We reserve the right to refuse service, to change or remove any part of the website, to update these terms, to demand the removal of any unauthorized use of our name, brand or content, and to pursue every remedy available under the law.
